About the Event

Root & Rise within a sacred circle of kindred community and Cacao Mama for a heart blossoming and sensual awakening plant medicine Ceremony. We will tune in and give thanks, offer a blessing and prayer to our sacred plant teacher of love and life-Cacao Mama, and enter in. Willow will be our guide and space holder, igniter and lighter, moving meditation teacher and sound healer.

We will share a sacred bittersweet brew of ritual chocolate and open our hearts, align and connect to our higher heart and soul, our ancestors and the five elements whilst being supported and bathed in the beauty of nature- the seen and unseen- the birds and the bees- through music, conversation, meditation, and intuitive guidance. Willow will be holding a sacred container for the tribe to express and feel wholey and deeply. Before we complete the circle we will end with a crystal singing bowl sound bath with Willow.

Just be you, bring a water bottle, a blanket, an instrument if your called, bring flowers as an offering, eat lightly or fast two hours prior to arrival.

if you are taking MOA inhibitors please inform me prior to filling your cup with cacao, as I will serve a half dose of ceremonial cacao with you.

Each of us brings a unique energy and we all contribute to the healing and flow of the journey.

Our ceremony includes a sacred cacao brew, smudging and flower puja, live instrumental sound concert, and guided moving meditation to awaken the kundalini and bloom into the sacred heart.

Lets ignite the light inside and share prayers and songs for ananda bliss and intimate raw connection!
