Hot Chocolate Yoga - Breathwork - Ice Bath

Rise and Shine with us under the canopy grove of elder oaks at Beakertopia, a magical private sanctuary in Bon Secour, AL. As you arrive, you will be greeted and smudged with copal as we then enter into a hot chocolate yoga ritual before arriving into breath and our ice plunge.

Nourish your body, open your heart, and rise rooted and radiant with cacao mama. Willow, our cacao priestess will brew our sacred sipping chocolate from organic criollo cacao fruit seeds and serve us inside a calabash shell with a blessing and song. After we collectively enjoy our rich bittersweet jungle medicine, a delicious moving meditation prayer and soundscape will follow activating the cacao absorbtion and current into our heart space. Igniting the god spark of our very essence before we submerge into the depth of our breath and ice ceremony. Willow is a Kundalini and conscious living yoga instructor, raw chocolatier, energy medicine and bodywork therapist.

Ice baths are a great way to heal our bodies and build resilience. They can help improve hormone balance, increase dopamine/serotonin/oxytocin and reduce inflammation.

*What to bring: yoga mat, towel, sunblock, & water bottle.
