INN-ESSENCE sensual awakening

When we are moving, speaking, giving, and living from a place of power, of certainty, of love we can do anything. This ceremony was born as two sisters not of blood, but of kindred spirit came together with plant medicine to bring to life what needs healing and support, love and awareness. As we drank our bittersweet cacao brew our hearts opened and wombs whispered to us what to do. That night we created this beautiful ceremony.

Remember who you are, listen, forgive, open and go into the depths unafraid and supported by sisters to find what lies beneath the surface. In the wellspring we go, the womb, the space between these thighs inside my pelvic bowl.  This sea of consciousness that is a cosmic birthing space. Let us tap into the pool of sacred waters and manifest our hearts desires.

Our Sound Bath will be followed during the breath journey led by Willow and Adrianna with ancient whale songs from the ocean indium crystal bowls, song of the sea ammonite flute, crystal quartz bowls, tibetan bowls, vocal toning, chimes, and living water.

Please wear something cozy and light-a skirt would be best, bring a mat-pillow-blanket, a mug, journal, if you feel called to bring flowers/sacred items to add please do.

Every women is a mirror to each other, of the whole feminine embodiment so be yourself and prepare by fasting a few hours before entering in, eat healthy and try not to consume too much caffeine.
