Into the Wild Sacred Ceremony

I am returning from the jungles of Costa Rica with a new spectrum of love and magic to share with you. 

May we gather together again into the light and dance our medicine!

I dare you to join me for an extraordinary journey into the wild, a moving meditation and musical inspiration to alter and raise our vibrancy - our frequency into one that is in harmony with the earth - an untethered, rooted, sparkling, intuitive, pure soul. Our ceremony will be guided by the spirit of cacao, a cosmic heart opening plant medicine we know more widely as chocolate. This chocolate is different than confectionary store bought chocolate. Cacao is 100%, she is raw and naked, unroasted, free from fillers and sugar, an alchemical - nutritional - consciousness altering - sacred plant healer and teacher.  Sourced from Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica where a tribe of local woman called the Bri Bris tend to and harvest the cacao beans and grind them into paste the traditional way, with womb and heart.

I will be the instrument, the channel for cacao mama's spirit to guide our way through, Our brew will be stirred with prayers and blessings adding flowers and spices to amplify our bittersweet elixir.  Each group contributes to the ceremonies experience and flow, so just let go and be, breathe.  We will begin with smudging with sweet copal and awakening to the sound of the drum. Weaving stories, excersizes, moving meditations and songs throughout our initiation to be wild again, passion awakened, living our authentic selves alive and free. Remember who you are, give thanks and dance your prayers with me.

NOTE TO PARTICIPANTS : 

*Please prepare for this ceremony by fasting two to three hours prior, stay hydrated and don't consume caffeine 24 prior to the ceremony for the best results. If you are taking MOA inhibitors for depression or anxiety, have high blood pressure, heart problems, pregnancy or dealing with depression please let me know before the ceremony so she can explain how to adjust your dose of cacao.

*Please wear something loose, free flowing, something you can have ease of movement and amplifies your mood!

Bring flowers, your favorite herb or incense, a special sentimental item relating to our into the wild theme for our alter we will build together. Bring a waterbottle and your favorite tea MUG, as I do not have my ceremonial calabash cups with me.

*After ceremony you are invited to stay and join us for a vegetarian potluck. Please feel free to bring a healthy plant based living food dish or your favorite beverage to share! This gives us time to connect and fill our bellies, grounding us before we take off for home.
