Your session will begin holding a cup of warm organic and raw cacao chocolate, a cup of love. Cacao in its raw state, free from sugar and dairy, heavy roasting and processing is a heart opening medicinal and deeply nourishing jungle fruit. Chocolate beans have been consumed and shared in this way for healing, as a sacred medicine to nourish the body and awaken the senses, and come back into balance. Drinking cacao before a massage deepens your experience to come into presence and total relaxation. After you enjoy your chocolate brew, I will guided you into your body and breath as you lay down on the massage table and let go. Each session is intuitively guided to unwind and balance you with a blend of deep tissue bodywork, cranial sacral therapy, energy balancing, and myofascial release.
